Other than photographs and the asking price, a good floor plan is one of the most useful pieces of information an agent can provide to buyers.

 

All we need is a simple sketch showing the room layout, main room dimensions, and the location of doors, windows, stairs, etc. We can also add details such as sanitaryware and basic fixtures. We’ll then convert your sketch into a high-quality digital floor plan, ready to drop straight into your brochure.

 

If you already have floor plans, we can also edit them to match your branding, fonts, colours  and colour up specific areas, so they fit perfectly within your brochure.

 

We can also supply your plans in whatever file format you require to optimise your presentation — whether that’s a simple JPEG, a high-resolution PDF, or a specific vector file..
