All our brochures include a free custom template design, created just for you in your corporate colours and using your standard fonts and logos.
If you already have a template, simply send it to us and we’ll match it. Once your template is set up, we’ll use it every time you order a new brochure.
And don’t worry — we don’t expect you to do the work! Once we receive your files, we take care of everything. All brochures are created in-house, and you’ll receive a proof within 48 hours of sending your files.
Just as you would when uploading to Rightmove, etc. Just send the following via the link in the toolbar:
> Property Description as a Word document.
> Photos (Often it’s easier to send all your photos and let us know which ones you wish to use)
> Floorplans, EPCs and any other plans that you wish to include in your brochure.
You will receive a PDF or your brochure from us within 48 hours of receiving your files for you to review, proofread and request any amendments until you and your vendor are completely happy and ready to approve. There is no restriction on the number of changes, we keep going until everyone is happy.
As mentioned above, we aim to send you a proof within 48 hours of receiving your files. Once approved, your printed copies will usually be delivered within 3–5 working days*. If your brochure is particularly urgent, just let us know and we’ll do everything we can to meet your deadline.
*Delivery times may vary for bespoke brochures, during bank holidays, or over the Christmas period.
All our printed brochures come with a digital brochure/flipbook included.
Not sure if you want printed copies? Choose the digital option, and if you decide later that you’d like hard copies, we can easily have them printed for you — just pay the difference.
All our Templated Brochures have set prices for both digital and printed options, so you’ll always know exactly what your costs are.
The set price includes brochure design and amendments, minor adjustments to your photos and floorplans, as well as either print and delivery and/or digital brochure — with no extra charges or hidden costs.
We also offer discounts when you order 10 or more brochures in any given month.

Templated Brochures
Ordering your templated brochure with us couldn’t be simpler! (scroll down for more details).
If you’re new to PB, the first step is to have your brochure template created. We can design a brand-new template from scratch or recreate your existing one. This is a free service to all new customers.
All we need from you are a few details — your logo, corporate colours, and typefaces — then just leave the rest to us.
Once your template is ready, creating brochures for each new property is quick and easy. Just send the files and your acccount manager will create your brochure for you as soon as possible and send you a proof for checking.
Bespoke or Development Brochures
If you’re looking for something a little different, the process is the same as with our templated brochures — just without the template! Simply get in touch and have a chat with us about what you have in mind.
