“ Since Darren first approached me during lock-down we’ve worked on a few projects together.

 

He took our old “Industry standard” brochure templates and, after finding out what we wanted to achieve with the brand, re-designed them and re-themed them.

 

We now offer something that is not a template used by other agents and it’s become an integral part of our “Character” marketing package. The clients have all loved them, and we use them in our “boast” folders when courting and pitching to other potential clients.

As part of his service, Darren also always offer to help with elements like photo and floorplan editing and other parts of the process that we sometimes have issues with, and what I really liked is that he told me “I’ll happily help with anything, as long as it doesn’t take food out of someone’s mouth”. 

This is an admirable attitude, a mantra that we follow in our own business.

Some agents may question the use of printed brochures and colateral in the digital age. I will attest to the fact that when pitching to character and luxury property vendors, it is something that they would EXPECT to see (like when buying a prestige car) and when in front of regular instructions, it gives them an impressive taste of our marketing, photography and copywriting, which they will more than likely NOT be shown by our competition.

The “coffee table” effect is enormous and has helped us win business at a higher fee, and allowed us to charge upfront costs in order to increase cash-flow, client loyalty as well as our average fee.
